Bones and ghost.

Hi, this is a recipe for bones and ghost. It's a candy for Halloween. Let me know if you have any questions!?

2 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Mix egg whites & lemon juice in a mixer, till creamy and when it stands up its done.

Lay out on wax paper. Using a frosting tube 1/4 in.

Cook at 225° for 1 hr. Then let them cool for 30 minutes. Melt two chocolate chips. Use a toothpick to put the eyes on.
